Common questions

What are credits? High Accuracy captions and translation use credits; one credit is about one minute. Plans refill their credits every month, and unused credits don't carry over. Subscribers can add 1,000 credits at a time, and people without a subscription can buy 1,000 credits once; added credits never expire and are used after the month's credits. When credits run out, members keep captions with on-device recognition.

Restore a purchase: Settings › Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

Cancel or change a plan: Settings › Manage Subscription, or the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
