Delete your data

Tingdong for Android

In the app: Settings › Delete My Data. It deletes everything on the device, and on our server your usage records and, if you never bought anything, your credit balance. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Without the app (for example, after uninstalling it): email hi@tingdong.app with the subject "Delete my data". Include the date you installed the app and, for purchases, the Google Play order number (GPA.…) or the Stripe receipt. We reply within 30 days. Purchase records are kept as accounting records.

在 App 里：设置 › 删除我的数据。它删除设备上的全部内容，以及服务器上的用量记录；如果你从未购买，额度也一并删除。 详见隐私政策。

没有 App 时（例如已卸载）：发邮件到 hi@tingdong.app，标题写「删除我的数据」， 注明安装日期；如有购买，附上 Google Play 订单号（GPA.…）或 Stripe 收据。我们在 30 天内回复。购买记录作为会计记录保留。
